Cynthia Sieloff and employees at Perc Place

Cynthia Sieloff - Owner of Perc Place

Cynthia Sieloff has been chosen as Hartford Project Care?s Asset Builder of the month for various reasons. Cynthia employs many youth in the Hartford community. She provides a work environment that is asset friendly for all the youth she employs as well as those who patronize her coffee shop. She demonstrates how she values the youth of this community with youth friendly events and by providing a welcoming atmosphere.

Cynthia has owned and operated Perc Place for 5 years. In this time she has managed to make a difference in the lives of our youth. This is a tribute to her hard work and devotion to the community. She has encouraged her staff to participate in community events such as the Chamber bed races, Chamber Annual dinner and, recently, in a fund-raiser for an adult co-worker with cancer. She values the youth that work for her by always listening and coaching them to make good choices in their lives. She also believes in second chances. She takes into account their school work and activities and helps them make priorities in their lives. She is positive adult role model for the youth and they all respect and embrace her.
