Hartford's Union High School Youth Assets and At-Risk Behavior Report:

Every three years, surveys are done at Hartford Union High School to measure our youths' internal and external assets as well as the at-risk behavior of alcohol and drug use. Washington County surveys are also done, so we can compare how the Hartford area measures up against the county average. By tracking the changes over time, we see where we are making progress, as well as areas that need improvement.

What does it mean?

Each number indicates what percentage of students report having the asset or having done the behavior. For example, 63 out of every one hundred Hartford Union High School students report having families with high levels of love and support for them.
Wherever you see a number in bold, it means that our scores improved over the previous score.
Wherever you see a blue background behind the number, it means that our score is better than the Washington County average.
If the number is not bold and does not have a blue background, it means the score is at or below the Washington County average and the same or worse than three years ago.

To see where you are in asset building, fill in the asset checklist for yourself or your child.
